Through assessments and discovery sessions, we identify mindset blockers, cultural friction, and performance gaps.
This includes the PQ Saboteur Assessment — a vital first step in spotting the mental habits that hold you back.

6 weeks PQ app access
Weekly PQ educational content, and audio book (1hr per week)
PQ exercises (15 mins per day)

Insight is nothing without action. In this phase, we support you to embed new habits and behaviours into daily work — linking mindset to real business, career and life outcomes.
Expect action planning, coaching, and practical strategies to keep momentum high.
After the 6 week training, if you wish to continue using the mental fitness training tools your access can continue with new modules on self actualisation, conflict management, relationships, leadership, parenting and more

Reflection drives performance. We track progress, review goals, and capture feedback to understand what’s working — and what needs refining.
Repeating the PQ assessment can reveal tangible shifts in mindset and behaviour.

The final phase is about sustaining success.
We explore future development areas, identify growth opportunities, and offer ongoing coaching or team support to embed your transformation long-term.
Lara will support you in putting an action plan in place to work towards any future goals you have identified, and where appropriate will support with additional trainings and coaching support

About Lara
Before I became a coach, I spent nearly two decades in the world of research and insights — working agency-side, client-side, and eventually setting up my own business. I’ve lived and worked in multiple countries, led global teams, and spent countless hours navigating complex projects, demanding deadlines, and the very real human challenges that come with leadership and ambition.
What I realised, through both experience and later education in neuroscience, positive psychology, and leadership development and getting certified as a coach, is that the biggest thing holding most of us back isn’t lack of strategy, skill, or intent.
It’s mindset.
Today, my mission is to help people who want to build something bigger or better — in their lives, their careers, their leadership, or their businesses. Whether it’s building confidence, clarity, momentum, or meaningful impact, I help you shift out of survival mode and into growth mode.
My work is grounded in the B.U.I.L.D.® Framework, a practical, mindset-first approach that supports individuals, leaders, and teams to overcome internal interference and take bold, focused action.

With the PQ Positive Intelligence training programme most people report feeling more positive after just the first 3 weeks, and even more so once they have actually completed the Mental Fitness Training.
Then, you’ll be putting your tools and muscles into practice. Examples from clients as they work through the programme include

Each week its only 15 minutes pay day of exercises, 1 hour of videos and a 1 hour group meeting (online) so a manageable amount of time to commit to.
