Hi, I’m Lara Meyer
My career has taken me across research and insight, strategy, business building, leadership, coaching and facilitation, working across organisations, industries and countries.
Across those different contexts, I've often found myself doing the same kind of work: creating something new, connecting things that have become disconnected, bringing structure to ambiguity and helping people move forward when there isn't an obvious answer.
Today, I'm particularly interested in what that means for how we lead, build organisations and create the conditions in which people can thrive and perform.
Where I do my best work
Across my career, I’ve often found myself at my best when something needs to be created, connected or made clearer — turning evidence into strategy, bringing structure to ambiguity, building new propositions and ways of working, aligning people around a direction, and helping individuals and teams develop the capability and confidence to move forward.
I’m particularly drawn to situations where there isn’t an obvious playbook: where something needs to be built or changed, and progress depends as much on people as it does on having a good idea.
