Coaching with Lara
Leadership can be exciting, stretching and occasionally lonely.
Sometimes there’s a specific decision or challenge you need to work through. Sometimes you know what you want to achieve but something keeps getting in the way. And sometimes the change you’re navigating is bigger; a new role, greater responsibility, a career transition, or a desire to change how you lead.
Coaching creates dedicated space to step out of the day-to-day, think more clearly and decide what you want to do next.
I work with leaders, founders and ambitious professionals who are curious about themselves, open to challenge and ready to do something with what they discover.

Space to think. Challenge to see things differently. Support to turn insight into action.
People come to coaching for very different reasons. The starting point might be:
From too many competing priorities
→ To clarity about what really matters and where to focus.
From feeling stuck or uncertain about what comes next
→ To a direction you believe in and the confidence to start moving.
From stepping into a bigger role or greater responsibility
→ To leading with greater confidence, intention and impact.
From knowing something needs to change but getting caught in the same patterns
→ To greater awareness, more choice and new ways of responding.
From insight without enough action
→ To experimentation, learning and meaningful progress.
You don't need to arrive knowing exactly what needs fixing. Figuring that out can be part of the work.
From where you are to where you want to be
My job isn't to give you all the answers.
It's to create the space, challenge and accountability that helps you find better ones, and then turn what you discover into meaningful action.
My coaching is thoughtful, challenging, practical and grounded in curiosity. We'll pay attention to what you're thinking and doing, but also to the assumptions, patterns and behaviours underneath them. And rather than waiting until everything feels certain, I encourage experimentation: trying something, noticing what happens, learning from it and deciding what comes next.
Coaching has also fundamentally influenced how I lead and work with people myself. Alongside more than 20 years of international professional experience, I've coached more than 600 hours with leaders and professionals from a wide range of organisations, industries and cultures.
I'm an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach (ICF PCC) and take the professional standards, ethics and continuing development of coaching seriously.
How I coach
“Working with Lara has been one of the most transformative and positive experiences of my professional life.
I originally sought coaching to overcome imposter syndrome and speak up with confidence, but I gained so much more.
Lara helped me shift my mindset, trust my voice, and lead with calm confidence. With her support, I stepped into senior leadership roles and began to embrace challenge with purpose, resilience and enthusiasm.
I carry her insights with me every day and I recommend her wholeheartedly and without reservation.”

Clarity Session | 90 minutes | One focused challenge
For when there's something specific you need to think through.
Perhaps you're facing a difficult decision, considering a career move, preparing for an important conversation, navigating a leadership challenge or simply going round in circles on something that matters.
Before we meet, I'll ask you to tell me a little about what you'd like to work on. We'll use 90 focused minutes to unpack what's happening, challenge some of the assumptions around it and work towards greater clarity about what next.
You'll leave with a clearer perspective and meaningful next actions.
Best for: a specific question, decision or challenge. 90 minutes | £350
Momentum Sprint | 6 weeks | One meaningful goal
For when you know something needs to change and you're ready to make it happen.
Maybe there's a goal you've struggled to move forward, a new behaviour you want to establish, a challenge you need to tackle or something you've been putting off for too long.
We'll turn what you want to achieve into focused action, using regular coaching to uncover what's getting in the way, learn from what happens and keep adjusting as you move forward.
You'll leave with meaningful progress, greater self-awareness and a clearer understanding of how to keep the momentum going.
Best for: turning intention into action and creating momentum around something that matters. 6 weeks | £1,250
Leadership Partnership | 6 months | Deeper, sustained change
For when what you want to change is bigger than a single goal.
You might be stepping into greater responsibility, navigating a significant transition, rethinking what comes next or noticing patterns in how you lead that you want to understand and change.
We'll create sustained space to step outside the day-to-day, explore what's happening beneath the surface and experiment with different ways of thinking, responding and leading as real situations unfold.
You'll leave with deeper self-awareness, meaningful change and greater confidence in the leader you are becoming.
Best for: significant transitions, leadership development or changes that need time to take root. 6 months | £3,600
Prices shown are for privately funded coaching. Organisationally sponsored coaching is scoped separately.
Experience behind the coaching
ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC)
600+ hours of coaching experience
70+ clients
20+ years of international professional experience
I've coached founders, executives, senior leaders, managers and high-potential professionals across organisations, industries and cultures.
Clients have used coaching to successfully step into more senior roles, navigate career reinvention, increase their confidence and impact, approach difficult relationships differently, make significant decisions and turn long-held intentions into action.
But coaching isn't about reproducing someone else's version of success.
The measure that matters is whether something changes for you.
Want to work together?
Tell me a little about what’s on your mind, what you’d like to be different and why now feels like the right time to work on it.
I’ll read what you share personally and come back to you so we can explore whether coaching together feels like the right fit — and, if it does, which way of working would best support you.
