Thinking
The questions that interest me most rarely have simple answers…
I write about leadership, culture, growth and change, and about what happens when people and organisations are trying to create something new, navigate complexity or find a better way forward.
Some of that thinking comes from research and evidence. Some comes from experience. And some starts simply with noticing something that makes me curious enough to explore it further.
This is where I share what I’m learning, questioning and still figuring out.
Topics I explore
My writing, speaking and facilitation has explored questions around:
Leadership, confidence and growth mindset
Resilience, stress and navigating change
High performance, happiness and wellbeing
Organisational values and culture
Imposter syndrome and the stories we tell ourselves
Creating the conditions for people and teams to thrive
Increasingly, my work and writing are also exploring how we create clarity when there isn’t an obvious answer, how leaders bring people with them through complexity and change, and what happens when we think about leaders, teams and organisations as interconnected rather than separate.

Follow the thinking
I publish a new long-form piece each week exploring questions around leadership, culture, growth and change.
You don’t need to agree with everything I write. The point is to contribute something useful to the conversation, an idea, a question, a different way of seeing something, and see where that thinking goes when other people engage with it.
